I saw this doctor for an ingrown toenail. After he performed the surgery to remove it I have more problems than I did when I first saw him. He wanted me to have the entire toenail removed and when I advised I didn’t want that he still remote most of my toenail. I developed an infection which he blew off as normal. I also found him arrogant with poor bedside manner. Beware.

Dr. Hendrix showed a serious lack in treating my dad.
Dad is 94 and has many medical problems relating to blood flow, including a badly infected big toe.The solution was to saturate dad's system with PICC antibiotic and then cut off the infected part down to healthy tissue. Dr Hendrix cut directly into the infection and pulled a flap of skin over it when he amputated half of the toe, and it became gangrenous.
Dr. Hendrix also told me that he didn't like my tone when l asked a polite question about the procedure and he then asked if I was threatening him. He also questioned who was "coaching me

This is Pam Rogers, my husband was a patient of Dr Hendrix several years ago, and we were very pleased with his care! I was in desperate need of care for myself, located his new office in Bartlett, and got a pretty quick appointment! I'm so happy to have received excellent care, from Donnette at the front desk, to the nurses, and most especially, Dr Hendrix! As a retired nurse, I make a pretty quick assessment of Doctors, and Dr Hendrix definitely earns five-plus stars, for his excellent care and treatment! He took the time to talk to me about the procedure and aftercare, was gentle, and thorough

Dr. Hendrix is by far the best doctor and surgeon for feet and ankles. I've used him for the last 10 years. He's the best of the best. His staff is wonderful too. They feel like extended family. Donnett, Dalinda and April are always so friendly and helpful. I've recommended several people to Dr.Hendrix and will continue.

Dr. Hendrix walked in and said what can I do for you? I started explaining about my pain and before I could finish, he interrupted me and said the best thing for me to do is cut it off and all the pain will go away. Told me to get me a prosthetic foot and keep living.. Very unprofessional!!! No care in the world type of person!!!! If I could give him a 0 I would!!! The star is for the nice service I received from his secretary.

Dr. Hendrix rudely refused to treat my father and kicked him out of his office. While my father does have a contagious illness, Dr. Hendrix could have put on gloves and a gown to safely interact with him as all other doctors and nurses have done. However, instead of caring for a patient seeking help, he unessarily refused to treat him and requested that he leave his office. If you are seeking a doctor who truly cares about helping his patients, look elsewhere.
