I had a great experience buying my mattress at Marshall's. They went above and beyond with their service. On the day of my delivery, the company that delivers for them had their truck break down. Instead of rescheduling, James, the owner borrowed a truck to deliver my mattress. You will not get that from the chain stores.

I just moved to Lynchburg and was in need of a mattress. I stopped in to Marshall's Mattress and the owner and his associate, Mark, were extremely helpful. I tested out several different mattresses and they were very patient with him and got me into a great mattress on an adjustable base. And it was for a really good price.

It was a great shopping experience. We bought a king size firm mattress and box spring set. The bed is indescribably comfortable. No more back aches! The delivery was fast and courteous. They were very careful taking out the old and bringing in the new set. I highly recommend buying there and giving the business to a locally owned dealer! They are the best!

From the time we walked in until we received our mattress I have never had a better end to end shopping experience. The owner was extremely accommodating when we took our children in he spoke with them while we tried the mattress’ and we received the mattress extremely quickly. On top of that he had it waiting by the door the day we came to pick it up for us to make it even easier for us. Went from sleeping on average 3-5 hours of sleep per night on my old mattress to 8+ on the new one. The owner was our sales rep, he was very knowledgeable & throughly went over what the difference was with each mattress. Spent over an hour trying to decide between two, never felt rushed or anything. Love the new mattress and will definitely buy from Marshall's again in the future!!
