We were cancelled on last minute from another party bus company that we booked with 2 months ago! I called Party Bus 916 and they were able to get a bus to us the same night. We later saw the company that cancelled on us and their bus in Sacramento, they must have booked it for more money than they got from us. Lesson learned, call a reputable company like Party Bus 916, it’s not worth the headache!

We booked 2 shuttles for our wedding to transport our guests from the hotels out to Serrano! They did a great job coordinating all of the pick-up times at each hotel and everything went very smooth, not one complaint from the entire team! We highly recommend calling Party Bus 916 for shuttle service! Thank you again for your service!

Professional in every way! I call this party bus company up every time I'm needing to hit the road whether for business or pleasure, and they consistently deliver the high quality experience that I'm after. The buses are always sparkling clean and gleaming in the sun when they pull up, and just as clean on the inside as on the outside. The bars are gorgeous, already stocked with ice and cups when they arrive. The seating is soft and comfortable and the lighting is beautiful too. Bought a LivingSocial deal for a holiday lights tour for my in laws, and I reserved 7pm on 12/7/16. The company double booked and told my in laws that they could take the tour at 4pm instead, and the company said it wasn't their problem that it was A) day time, B) the holiday lights wouldn't be on, and C) they double booked. When my in laws told them that time wouldn't work for them, the guy on the phone basically said "that's your problem" and hung up on them. Classy.

I called Party Bus 916 and spoke to Summer inquiring about about hiring a party bus or a shuttle to Napa from Roseville for five hours. She was very helpful and advised me that the rate would be $502 for everything plus gratuity. I found this favorable and it was the best rate I had received for a shuttle but I wanted to continue shopping around before I made the reservations.

We rented out a stretch hummer limo. We were given a great price. I called around about 3 different places and Party Bus 916 was the cheapest. They also offered for me to come check our there warehouse with all there buses. So I did and it was really impressive. If I had more people would of rented the big bus. Either way the driver was on time. Took us downtown Sacramento and got us in all the clubs we wanted to and didn't have to wait in line. Overall great experience.

I rented one of their buses for a girls night out. We got the bus with the pole in the center.
The bus was not as clean as it should have been. All my girls were commenting on the smell in the carpet. The driver was okay, but we had a few close call where we all nearly fell to the ground because he had to stop quickly.
We I told the manager about the bus and it's smell, he kind of brushed me off saying that they keep them all clean.
Well, not this one.
