Clean, remove and fold cover (and water bags if applicable), or clean and open automatic cover.
A mesh pool cover protects your pool from the elements and keeps your backyard child-safe. Note that covers take 4 weeks to ship, making the late summer an ideal time to order a new cover so that it arrives when you're ready to shut down your pool for the Fall and Winter. We will deliver your cover to your backyard and install it for you if you'd like us to.

Have used these guys past few years for service work on our pool. 2 days ago they came out to open it for the season. When the workers left they didn't tell my wife and the left the gate to our pool wide open and they had broken the magnetic lock on the gate too. My wife found our 2yo walking towards the pool with gate wide open. She could have easily drown in there!!
I called the company and talked to the owner that night. He basically made a bunch of excuses and said he'd have to talk to the workers. He said sorry the gate was left open but that was just lip service. He had ZERO concern

It is absolutely unacceptable to not ensure the safety of children!!!!
Would be advisable to have better customer service and just overall communications. One of my friends used them and they left the area unsafe for a toddler. Thankfully my friend was able to prevent a horrible accident from happening but this company needs to own up to their mistakes.
