Absolutely terrible. I paid to have a flask engraved and when it was finally done it was messed up and you couldn't even read the engraving. They claimed that it was "too difficult" to engrave a curved object, (Seriously? You have one job. Incompetent nit wit) and that they were afraid to do a deeper engraving without knowing the thickness of the metal flask. I would never take my business there again, never in a million years.
