I've hired Seaside Legal Solutions to represent me several times and they have always been diligent, competent and professional. As a specialist in the area of real estate law, Joel has handled closings when I've purchased and sold three different homes, in addition to refinancing the mortgage of those properties. He's done zoning and permitting work for me in front of the conservation commission and zoning board of appeals. Joel has also represented me in a dispute with neighbors over a new construction project. At Seaside Legal, they are solution oriented and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation

Joel is everything one would want a lawyer to be: organized, creative, smart, pragmatic, articulate and all with a great sense of compassion and humor. Most people avoid lawyers and only call when they have a problem. While Joel is great at solving problems, my advice is to call Joel before you have an issue and he will help prevent you from having one. Can't recommend him highly enough!
