I ordered a door wall shutter from The Shutter Guy by stopping in their office in Wentzville. The local owner came out and did measurements and gave me an estimate and I agreed on the investment. The woman office administrator gave me a date of installation and I was eagerly awaiting the installation. Two young men came out at the designated time. They were pleasant, organized, and professional. They worked as a team and completed the project in a timely manner. One of the team members took his time to communicate how best to care for and use the shutters. He was easily understood and communicated

Initially I was concerned because my order fell toward the end of estimated delivery time however I soon realized my concern was unwarranted. This business gets the job done with perfection. They arrived and installed almost every window in my home in an hour. I was given a transferable warranty and detail instructions on care before they moved on. They treated my home with respect. Every measurement was spot on. My family could not be more pleased. Wish we would have done this years ago. I have zero hesitation hiring them again.

We had the shutter guy's come in when we built our home, it is now 3 years old they did a exceptional job , fair price , and quality workmanship , we just had them return to put in a couple more shutters where we had clear story windows ,too much sun. had them come in last week and install 4 more shutters quality work, also a couple original shutter's had become lose and they corrected them while here, no charge. you will get what you pay for, but customer service is most important. We had five different companies come out and give us a bid on installing shutters for 23 windows and a set of French doors. Keith the owner came himself with his son. He was so professional and informative, he walked us through every option of shutters and the benefits they have.
