Poor customer service. I went in to get tractor quotes and committed to one. That was the end of it. I never heard back. I called in several times to speak with the sales guy.....he never once returned my call. I spoke to the owner twice in regards to this issue. He promised me an asnswer both times and never got back to me. I know that inventory was a problem so I continued to wait.....for almost a year. I called another dealer a little closer to me and had the tractor I wanted with the implements I wanted in less than 3 weeks. They came to me to do the paperwork and everything! I should have

Chad at Whittemore and Sons is a true professional and goes above and beyond even moreso than anyone else I’ve ever done business with. I bought my first ferris last year from them after doing business with another company for years and years and could not have been happier. Purchased a DK 4510 from Joel two years ago and got the best price I could find this side of the Missippi (I really called all over the country). Sent the tractor in for minor warranty work recently and the service department was just as helpful and knowledgeable. I'm happy to have such an excellent dealer in my home town. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought my Kioti NX4510 over a year ago. Joel was very helpful and has been very responsive to every question I have raised in the past year. Joel was not pushy and did not try to disparage other tractor brands like some of the other dealers in the area do. I don't believe I could find a better dealer to associate with.
