Our experience with Brazos Valley Floor & Design was great! Barry and Dave were very helpful. The carpet that we picked out was not in stock, so they got in touch with someone in Georgia and got the carpet that we wanted. Installation was quick and they did a beautiful job. We will be using them again very soon!

I had a not so good experience working with Brazos Valley floor and design. Walking in, the show room seemed very well put together and I was greeted by very nice people. Unfortunately, the expertise was not quite there and I left the place more confused than before. I had brought in a sample wood plank to help guide what I wanted and had left it there on accident. When I called to see if I could pick it up, it had been thrown away.
I’m sure this is an isolated experience. Working with another flooring company in town made me appreciate the difference professionalism and expertise can make.

Brazos Valley Floor and Design did a phenomenal job with our flooring it is absolutely beautiful. Customer Service was amazing! Barry did a great job helping us and Gabbie visited our home and a thorough follow-up and made sure we were happy with everything. The two gentlemen who installed were timely and got our entire house done in one day! But most importantly is the QUALITY! Awesome service and amazing floors!

We first used Brazos Valley Floor & Design for our granite for our kitchen remodel. Not being from the area, we shopped around at different places and ended up here.
