Do I have to get more than one estimate? No. You have the right to go to the body shop of your choice and have the right to obtain only one estimate. Oftentimes your insurance company will want to see your car and write up their own estimate. We work with your insurance company to write up the best repairs for your vehicle.

The Pray Body Shop team rules. Jonathan was not just helpful, he was also willing to explain exactly what had to be fixed, why, and what it'd take to get the job done. When he said the repair would take a week, he meant it: I dropped my car on Monday and it was ready to roll by Friday morning. Plus, Jonathan and his crew gave me a check-in call to let me know how the job was progressing.

Pray was helpful, efficient, and communicative throughout my repair. Even as I waited months for insurance to pay out the claim after my car got side-swiped, they were patient and picked up right where we left off once the repair was ready to go through.
Jonathan told me the job would take a week, and within four days I was driving out of the parking lot with a sparkling-new car. This team rules and, importantly, communicative while they do great work on your ride.

As soon as their owner/manager got engaged, they explained the process professionally and helped to move things faster with Tesla ordering system. After accidentally scraping the rear side of my car and tearing my bumper I was referred to Jon at Pray. The staff was very friendly, and worked with me to get the job done as quickly as possible since I was paying out of pocket for my rental. I picked up my car this morning and it looks amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Pray to my friends and family.

Very happy with the service I received from Pray Auto Body. My car was hit in parking lot so I brought it to Pray to fix the damage and they did a perfect job. Not only was it shiny and new on the outside, but they cleaned the interior as well, which I was not expecting. That was a great touch. Jonathan was very helpful and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Pray.

My Tesla got banged up above the rear wheel after someone swiped it in a parking garage. Pray did an excellent job bringing back into shape. Really friendly and communicative front office, worked well with the insurance company and made the process very easy for me. The car came back immaculate, cleaned inside and out, paint matched perfectly. Could not be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal body shop! My ex boss hit my car (not the reason why he is my ex boss now, but it didn't help) and I ended up having to get quite a bit of work done. Not only was the work done to satisfaction (I'm not the easiest customer to deal with) and efficiently, there was no gap in communication! Courtney kept me up to date on every step and the work was seamless. My car wasn't just sitting in the shop for weeks. Additionally, it was fully detailed when it was returned! I needed a new wrap for the vehicle as well - and the work came out fantastic, which is no easy feat due to the curves. Seriously

Wonderful experience. I was able to initiate a quote online. My car was repaired on time and looks great. The service director was super knowledgeable and worked with me to deliver a great job at a very reasonable price. This is a great little shop. I have driven by hundreds of times, but it wasn't until I had a fender-bender and needed my bumper repaired, that I stopped in.
The team took our quote from the adjustor, estimated around four days for the repair, and actually had it done in two. The bumper looks great and the entire Pray Body Shop team were friendly from inception to close.
Overall, I think the work done here was done for a reasonable cost and by people who clearly care about doing a good job at repairing your vehicle.

My first visit here was to get a quote on repairing damage on a vechicle. Russ helped me get a quote for the job and was able to get me into the schedule fairly quickly.
Part of my car would have to get replaced which meant it had to have a paint job and blended into the doors. I was worried that it would look bad but Russ assured me it would look exactly as it did before.
He wasn't lying. The color matching was spot on, you could never tell anything happened. I was able to get the car repaired and in and out within a week. Downside is they only operate on weekdays and close at 5pm so

2 weeks ago we had a slight accident. Did my due diligence and asked around "what's a good auto body shop?" The feedback we got from coworkers and friends was "Go to Prays!" We delivered the car last week Tuesday and this morning we picked it up and it was like brand new. John and his team were super kind, patient, answered all our questions, direct to the point and totally understanding when we realized we needed the car sooner than expected. Not only did he and his team get the repair done in time, but I picked up what looks like a brand new car at 8am as promised. Thanks

They put our Audi back together terrible after our accident. Went here at the advice of Geico and would not recommend them to anyone. Geico said it would be an easier experience and we should have went to the dealership or any better garage. We had so many problems with our Audi that we had to get rid of it. I would never write a review, but the entire experience was pretty painful.
