As Vice President of Operations, Mack Brown's responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, training, and retaining agents and owner/operators, and providing daily operational support to the terminals. He has been a member of the First Coast Logistics team since 1997, and has over forty years experience in the truck transportation industry.
The Depot team handles inbound, and outbound inspections, entering all information into Depot systems for our Customers. We operate top loaders, and fork lifts to handle all equipment on the yard, along with a yard Spotter Truck to service the shop, and keep equipment in order on the yard.

We provide onsite welding and remodeling to custom orders (adding windows, doors, painting) by an experienced team of skilled technicians.
First Coast customers benefit from our flexibility in providing anything required with regards to technology. We can send automated alerts, status updates, and invoices through email or via traditional EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). We can also generate spreadsheets in any format required by the customer through our newly implemented load tracking/billing software.

They are the worst company for owner operators, The terminal manager Jhon Harvel let's his dispatcher Sandy Miller hide money from the driver to benefit him and her, and the owner Buddy Bowser know about all of the fraudulent activities an continue to cover for them DRIVER BEWARE!!! This is not a company I would recommend to any Driver/Owner Operator as long as it's being managed by these people. I worked here for 3.5 years to find out they were stilling the whole time!
