No one here understands the term total payoff. I went in to payoff a piece of equipment. Asked more than once for total payoff. Got total, paid it. Then received another bill. Apparently the person I talked to. Did not understand me. Got another bill asked total payoff again. Paid it now I get another bill. This is getting ridiculous.

Comfortably sized place and able to help with a wide variety of home medical supply needs. Staff were quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. Prices were definitely better here, for those items that you can also find at CVS / Walgreens / etc. Good attention to hygiene, they even sanitized my credit card after use for purchase. I was pleased by the service and selection here.

Now, this could not be a coincidence. When I arrived at Accucare, the most polite you lady greeted me and assisted me. Laura was such a sweet help.
When I called back, I got the "not so privilege" of speaking with Janet. This person must be the owner, because there is absolutely no way she should still be employed there after all the complaints I've seen about her. I have seen four complaints on the Internet with two being on Yelp.
This woman was rude, short and her attempt at being condescending was trite and short lived. I would not allow this person to have any type of interaction

I went yesterday to get my first Rollator from Accucare. The two ladies who worked with me were wonderful. I honestly don’t remember the first lady’s name. Janet helped me when I went back to pick up my walker. She was very nice, explained everything clearly, and truly made this so easy for me. I would definitely recommend Accucare to anyone I know who needs durable medical equipment services. Well done ladies!

In my experience this morning, I found them not to be too Accu-CARING, in the slightest.
A person called Janet, sounded as though she could not have POSSIBLY cared LESS about my concern. She simply quoted her standard, Medicare, "book, chapter and verse" to me, because Medicare had provided me a mobility scooter (which lives in my car for use outside the home because i am unable to get it into, or out OF, the house)... despite me telling her in detail what medicare told me, and that medicare said that I was correct in believing that I was qualified for a new manual chair because of
