They don't answer the phone and the owner is rude. I've never been able to get service from them when I'm home visiting my family. I needed a taxi to catch my flight out of ROC, called and called no answer and no return phone call. Despite their reviews, they aren't operating at the times they claim on Google. It just turned out better just call Uber instead, although my goal was to give the real taxi services a chance.

I called this company. They were busy in the moment but called back three minutes later. I needed a cab at 4am. They are extremely professional and got back to me super quick. The gentleman helped me with my luggage, and he had a very new model car that was really clean. He took me to the airport the most efficient way. I asked for him to pick me up when I got back and he waited, and monitored my flight even when it was delayed. Very prompt service. I would definitely recommend to anyone, try for yourself.
