Since day 1- Trudy and Tim were helpful from picking out supplies to on the spot maintenance to fitting us in before our trip on the busy schedule. We bought our class C used and plan to drive it across North America next month so the maintenance conducted at the shop is crucial. This vehicle will be our ride and home for a bit and I am glad we trusted Tim, Mitchell, Ritchie and everyone else who has a part in this operation on their knowledge and expertise for quality work done prior to the expected turn around date. The prices quoted seem fair given the amount of labor we were asking for and

We had batteries installed in our new 2021 5th Wheel, we were so impressed with the quality of the installation. Tim and his office crew are awesome!!! We have service dealer were we purchased our RV, we are not impressed we received bad quality work, very unprofessional. We will only bring our RV to Tim and his wonderful crew. We know we will receive great quality service, very professionally run business!!!

I waited 3 weeks for a appointment to have some electrical issues checked out on my Lance Camper. My camper jacks were not getting any power to them. I dropped my truck and camper off on the date of the appointment at 8:00 AM Tuesday the 14th of September. I checked back 7 days later as I had not received a call on the status of the work and nothing had been done. The truck and camper were still sitting in the parking lot in front of the office. I am taking my camper to another repair shop and I do not recommend using this shop for any repairs.

We started using Tim and his shop in the spring of 2020, right after we bought a used RV. They have serviced our class c since then. Today, I called them after my slides wouldn’t come in. This had happened a couple of weeks prior and worked itself out. Today was different though because a renter was flying in and picking it up. They squeezed us in and trouble shot an intermittent short. They fixed it, even running for parts, and sent me on my way just in the nick of time. Brought travel trailer in due to a refrigerator failure. Trailer was just over a year old. Tim worked with manufacturer and obtained a new refrigerator unit and some of the labor costs under warranty. While the travel trailer was in the shop, my wife contacted Tim inquiring about removal of the very noisy AC unit and installation of a "Fantastic fan". Tim quoted a price and added that to the work order with a promise to have it all done before Memorial Day weekend. They ran into issues on both projects requiring added time and materials, however they completed on time, did a very professional job

This is my go-to place in Alaska for all of my motor home servicing and repairs. Tim and his crew are an authorized Newmar service provider, and I suspect, are authorized for warranty repairs for all major makes.
Most recently AK. Performance replaced a storage door that had delaminated, along with servicing my onboard generator, revealing my roof, and various other minor nits.
And, Tim stands by his work. Highly recommended.
