Services
Yes, we have a (2) hour minimum for all jobs and this does not include the cost of materials. No, you do not need to supply your own materials. If you would like us to supply materials, we can provide you an Estimate that will include labor, materials, equipment, and disposal fees in order to complete your project.
Many projects and clients are best suited to hiring us as hourly skilled labor. Pricing is by the hour, for actual services performed, plus materials used on your behalf. This is often referred to as "Time and Materials" contracting. Our rates vary, depending on the nature and quantity of the work being performed.

I highly recommend Aloha Property Maintenance! I recently contacted them to help me upgrade my outdated light fixtures in my home. My husband recently got surgery and was unable to do it himself. I really wanted to install a ceiling fan in my living room now that the summer heat has really kicked up. They responded to my request right away and gave me a fair estimate. Upon installation, I decided I wanted another light fixture replaced because I loved the new look so much. They happily made time for me the same day and agreed to install a new light fixture in my kitchen too. I am very happy with
