For a massage I recommend Desert Sol Massage & Bodywork. I went in for deep tissue massage and will be back for another one. We practiced mindfulness along with breathing. This all really serculated my blood relaxed my muscles and put me in a very peaceful state of mind.

I went in for a lymphatic massage for my post op and let me tell you Gabriel is amazing the way he connects with your mind and body is amazing I felt so comfortable and at ease it was truly magical I highly recommend him do not hesitate ladies he is one of a kind I felt so much more relaxed after my massage definitely going back to him!

Earlier today I received my first lymphatic drainage massage at Desert Sol & Gabriel was my therapist. He greeted me with a friendly smile when I arrived and sat with me to explain what I should expect from the whole experience. Gabriel with his kind & peaceful demeanor, quickly helped put any anxiety I was experiencing at ease. & WE BEGAN.
Gabriel is quite an intuitive healer & he knew exactly what parts of my body needed most work and he helped relieve a lot of tension.

I booked a massage with Gabriel at the last minute because I was having a flare up of some injuries I had been ignoring. He not only gladly accepted the booking, he extended the time while I was there because I… had such a need for a longer treatment. He was very in tune with my level of comfort as to the depth of massage I could tolerate. I felt such instant relaxation and pain relief that I almost cried. As a massage therapist and midwife I highly recommend him!

Having had a couple hundred massages in my life so far as a middle-aged woman (may I live to receive a few hundred more,) I feel very qualified to SING THE PRAISES of Gabe's massage work. Gabe… reaaaaallly knows his craft, and I'm so lucky I recently heard of him-- His massage work is calm and strong and he can do penetrative work with his thumbs (I think it's thumbs) to remove the knots in both deep and shallow muscles, or he can do the more rolling/pressing kind of fascia-loosening with the heels of his hands or elbows (I think) when that's required. I received the most incredible massage from Gabriel at Desert Sol. He truly has a gift! I healed remarkably, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
