I could not speak more highly of my experience with Chicagoland Property Group. I worked with Ali Rozina. She took time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for in an apartment. Ali pulled a fantastic list of places for me to look through and numerous showing throughout the city so I could see different neighborhoods and types of buildings. My apartment search process would have taken a great deal longer had it not been for Ali and CPG. I recommend this company/Ali to everyone looking to move in the Chicago area.

I can't speak to CPG as a whole, but based on my experience with their agent Geoff Zureikat, I would definitely recommend their services. He was by and large the best agent I've worked with, both in terms of professionalism and demeanor. He compiled loads of listings for me to look at and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, in terms of location, price range, amenities, etc. He drove me around to several places and always tried to strike the best deal wherever possible. Erik Carlson tops the list of rental agents in Chicago! While searching for an apartment with a very economic budget Erik treated me with kindness and respect. He was honest and utilized every resource to maximize the hunt. The minute a building I was looking at decreased the rent within my budget, he reached out within the hour. My husband and I moved to Chicago three months ago. We had a month to find an apartment and we knew what we wanted and what neighborhoods would be best for us. We worked with Stephen Seitz from CPG, and it was a great experience!
He was professional but very friendly. He really listened to what we were looking for and didn't waist our time. He drove us around on a rainy day to see a couple of apartments and in the same day we found the perfect apartment for our family. I was very happy with the way things worked out!

I am way overdue to write this review, but kudos are definitely in order. I am just about to renew my lease in the apartment that Erin Harper found for me 11 months ago. When I was searching for someone to help me, I was looking for patience, true product and market knowledge, and creativity. Erin was all three and then some. Unfortunately I have to give this group a poor rating as a whole, which I'm sure isn't true. This applies to the agent Brian Serva. We had emailed back and forth to set up appointments to view apartments. I waited for 30 minutes before contacting him to see if he was running late and he replied "uuuhhhmm, no, you never emailed me back. If you want to set something up lmk." I sent him a screen shot of the last email I sent him to no reply. Unprofessional and just didn't bother showing up.

Erin Harper assisted my friend who relocated back to Chicago with finding an apartment. He was under a tight deadline, but Erin was able to secure multiple viewings over a weekend. She was very professional, greeting us at our first showing with bottled water and a smile. By the end of the day, Erin had taken us to many apartments in River North and West Loop. Mission accomplished: my friend signed a lease and is very happy with his new abode.

I am absolutely thrilled with the apartment Chicagoland found for me, but the reason Im writing this review is to let people know how awesome the service was.
I was relocated for work from Toronto to Chicago this month, I had only visited chicago once and did not have a clue about the city or where to live. I contacted Michael at Chicagoland and explained that I was buying a plane ticket and would be in Chicago for only one day - I HAD to find a place to live in that day.

Chicagoland Property Group is fantastic. I've worked exclusively with Collin, the owner, he is very professional and easy to get along with. He answers all of my questions/inquiries even when I am just checking the status.
I have rented an apartment, purchased two places and also rented one of them out all though Collin. There were no hiccups or issues in any of those 4 transactions. Everything was seamless. When I was house hunting to buy, we went and looked at over 20 places in one day!

I was moving in a pinch, and Steven showed me a number of units with great deals in the neighborhood I wanted, including one of my choosing (which I ended up passing on). He spent the better part of a day showing me around, and made the process extremely simple, taking a great deal of time off of my shoulders. I ended up choosing a different unit than the one I originally wanted to see and got a great deal on it, and thus far, could not be happier. I can't speak for the other agents, but I would definitely recommend Steven.
