Really excellent and Professional Service. Daniel and Miguel were on time, extremely professional thorough, explained everything. Anthony who is either the owner or the manager was very kind on the phone from the start and available right when I needed them( in 3 short days!) Overall it was a great experience and the asbestos popcorn is off our ceilings! They handled everything properly, safely and took no shortcuts. We are very thankful for the service and would definitely hire SoCal abatement again!

I used them on two occasions. The first time was to remedy a water damaged bedroom that tested positive for asbestos in the tiles and mastic underneath the laminate. Laura was very understanding and professional and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Then I used them again to have the tiles and mastic removed from the rest of the house. The crew was on time, professional, informative and clean. They were able to finish the entire house in one day! Their rates are very reasonable. Should you find yourself in that unfortunate

I can’t recommend them highly enough. I called Laura the other day and told her I had mastic on my concrete floor and was having plank flooring installed. The installers needed to have the mastic removed if it contained asbestos. Other companies told me that I was wasting my money getting the mastic tested for asbestos because it wasted installed in 1952. Laura encouraged me to go ahead and still get the testing done even if there was only a 1% chance of the results being negative for asbestos. The tester came and even he thought the results would be positive but the next day the results are

I work with a lot of contractors and my experience with So Cal is what I feel all contractors should aim to be like. They were very responsive each time I called, came right away to give a quote (including a second time for an updated quote when I modified the job), worked with my scheduling despite the changes, and actually sent more people to finish the job ahead of schedule. The job was done well with no debris whatsoever left behind. Would absolutely recommend.

Asbestos removal went well until it came time for follow up.They promised me additional coat of fiber sealer for the oak flooring that had asbestos adhesive used a old linoleum floor removal that was on top of it. Considering the toxicity of asbestos that could be determental to my family, I wanted to be safe rather than sorry. I was even willing to apply it my self just leave me a quart or so of sealer, not a big request they aggreed. But after waiting 30 days, I am moving on with completing the renovation at my home.

After tons of research on companies to perform asbestos removal at my home I am sure glad I followed the gleaming reviews of So Cal Abatement. They got the job done a day faster then estimated, and even came in cheaper then the original quote. What more is there to want. I am a retired Shop Supervisor, I am very familiar with running crews that need to get a job done, both in shop, and remote site. VERY convenient, they were the only company to give a bid via email. With just a couple pictures and the known square footage of floor tile that had to be removed. Laura was courteous and answered any questions that I had without delay. Oscar and Jesus did an EXCELLENT job! They removed our toilet and vanity sink without damaging, or extra charge. They were respectful, courteous, and left a clean room to start our Bed/Bath remodel. I will call them again without hesitation

Thank you SoCal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came back to update my review because SoCal helped us out again in our hour of need. 2 weeks after our excellent abatement service, the contractor informed us that our Project Manager had neglected to mark off 3 large sections of drywall that needed to be abated before the plumbers/electricians would be able to come in.
I called Laura at SoCal and she rearranged their schedule and had a new crew come out the very next day so that we lost no time on our schedule. And despite this being a last minute request, the bill was quite low. Thanks

So Cal Abatement gave the most competitive price from anyone I interviewed. They do negative pressure, a dry shower and blocked off everything really, really well. They were done in two days. They were all very courteous and professional, from the estimator, the scheduler, the on site project manager and everyone on site. I highly recommend them.

This company is great! I had to have a 3ft furnace vent pipe removed but it had asbestos so it requied an abatement company. I hit the internet and called several companies for quotes and they were all over the board with pricing up to $600 so decided to ask my FB friends for a referral. (Referrals are always the best way to do business and someone whose opinion I respect very much gave me SoCal's info). I called them they gave me a great estimate based on length of pipe and not just standard price for everyone. They scheduled the work for me the next day.

We recently found out our air ducts posts were asbestos. Not wanting to stay another minute with asbestos in my house with children and dogs around, I was looking for quotes. When my kitchen flooded my house drying company recommended So Cal Abatement to test for lead and asebetos since my house was built in 1960. Our lead test came back negative, but under our dishwasher the original linoleum had asbestos in the glue. Wences and his team did a great job of removing the asbestos completely so we could finish having our kitchen rebuilt. We definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing customer service. We had asbestos removed and certified. Throughly explained the whole process and provided recommendations on procedure. These guys were on time for the job and do clean work. They were considerate of our belongings and were sure not to damage walls, etc.

This is how a small business should be run. I called on Tuesday evening to get a bid on an asbestos removal from my garage ducting and the project was done by 10AM on Thursday. Anthony was prompt in his responses and his team was professional and on time. I called several large remediation companies who provided ridiculous bids for what Anthony explained was a routine project, so I was happy to see that he gave a very reasonable price. I was comforted when I saw the containment zone his team created with reverse filtration devices and I confirmed that he is licensed as an asbestos remover online

We were referred to SoCal Remediation by way of a general contractor and hired them to assist with the removal of some ducts that had traces of asbestos in a new home we purchased. They went out of their way to facilitate a Saturday start date because they knew we had a significant amount of additional work which needed to be started as soon a they were completed.
