I’ve been calling for four days to schedule an appointment only to get the answering machine. I drove there to see if they were still in business. Was happy to see that they were. Spoke to a girl named Stephanie only to be told that they currently don’t have a receptionist. I understand things happen especially during these times but I think from a professional standpoint they should add that to their voicemail service indicating that they are only operating off of voicemails for business. A few lashes fell out as I was paying because my eyes were watering but they have 100% satisfaction guarantee so they put them back before I left. Would go back

The environment itself was beautiful really peaceful and the staff was really so nice!! I’m disappointed with the lashes I had gotten unfortunately. After I got them done half of them fell out the day after.. especially on one eye? They gave me a call after my appointment and I told them what happened and they fixed it for free which was great! They lasted longer this time however only for four days. By the end of one week they just looked really sparse and lopsided. I’m not sure if it was something I was doing wrong... So I've been getting lash extensions (on and off) at different places. I've been going to a place in my own town because their lashes stay on for a long while, even after almost 2 weeks. I know how to take care of lash extensions. I come to Lure Lash every two weeks because they're the best one in town when it comes to lashes. I met the owner and I can see how passionate she is and takes good care of all her clients. I like all the techs here too, they're all very good,but I just love Anita, she does an exceptional job. I also love Nikki, her customer service is always on point and very helpful with scheduling.

I scheduled my lash appointment for the 13th (of this month) and got the captivating lashes. They weren't full enough so I returned the next day to add 3d, totaling $160. At first glance they were very beautiful and even. I was leaving for Mexico 2 days later on the 16th,so I followed the instructions as I had with other lash companies in the past. I usually get lashes for vacations ( I have only done them a few times). Within 4-5 days all of the 3d lashes had fallen out and the other lashes a day or 2 after. This was the second time I've gotten eyelash extensions. I give it a five star for they fulfilled my objectives. To get them and for them to stay on. They thinned over time, but in tally there were so many lashes. Eight weeks later they were still on .

I have been with this brand for a year now. I've been to the Somerville and Madison location but stuck with somerville because of the technician. She took care of me and knew what I was looking for in my lashes. I went back today and I am very disappointed with the results. I have always gotten the 2D Natural because of simplicity and full look the lashes gave. But when I got them redone today it looked nothing like I had received before. Atmosphere very nice, ladies very nice. However i have experienced 2 issues now with 2 different technicians and when i called to explain my concerns I just wanted my eyelashes fixed and was expected to pay full price again. My eyeslashes were already just fixed from previously being screwed up from a different technician over processing them and now they want me to email photos and was given attitude.

I'm absolutely in love with my new eyebrows! Thank you Henry!! :) I was so happy to have found out about Lure Lash permanent makeup. I used to travel to NYC to get it done, but when I found out that Lure Lash does micro-blading in NJ (in addition to lash extensions), I was absolutely ecstatic!
The facility is conveniently located on Bloomfield Ave in Montclair. I told them my vision, (it also helps if you have pictures of what you want) and Henry drew out what I wanted. We went through shape, thickness, length, sizing, etc together. The procedure is pretty painless and they give you post care

After she was done my lashes wasn’t as full as i asked i assumes after paying $70 for a 2-3 week refill my lashes would be prefect , unfortunately they wasn’t so the lash tech suggested that i come back in a week to add more which would cost $30 so i came back to discover she didn’t put My appt in correctly so there wasn’t an appointment for me .
This place is very unprofessional

Sooooo today I visited the Somerville location after originally beginning at the Montclair location and boy oh boy was it the best decision ever! Let me say that Raven made sooooo freaking happy with the end results...she listened to my complaints about my last installation and then she thoroughly educated me which was never done at initial installation or my refill at the Montclair location. I was recommended by my friend and I have to say Lure Lash is great! I would highly recommend the gel pad for your undereyes. It's so relaxing and Trinh is such a sweetheart! She assessed my lashes and suggested what would be best for me. It's clean and you have a pillow, knee pillow to keep your back from hurting and fleece blanket.

Love this new location. Super clean and spacious place. Had my lashes done by Trihn both times and she was amazing. I even fell asleep while it was being done! She was super nice and helpful. It was my first time ever doing lashes, so she advised me on what kind of lashes I should do in the future. I have very fine lashes so it is hard to attach the extensions on, and she did a great job with what I had. Some of my baby lashes were unable to hold up the extensions, but after she was done, they looked amazing. I will Definitely be coming back!

I came to this salon looking for a closer lash extenion place to get my lashes done. Very nice atmosphere and the person who attended me, Silk, was very nice which got this review at least one star. But the techniques that were used were horrible.
First, I had a removal and a captivating lash set. The removal cream they put on me completely burned my eyes and felt horrible. My eyes are not sensitive, but whatever serum they used hurt my eyes so much. I needed to rinse my eyes, and when I asked for a tissue, she could only give me a hard napkin which hurt my eyes more.

**UPDATE** The owner of Lure Lash, Carmela, reached out to me after I posted my previous review and offered to have me come in and fix my lashes--I did, and I am so much happier this time around. I have never had an owner reach out to me and offer to fix something, and I can tell that she cares about her customers' satisfaction. Thank you Carmela!

Save your $120, I got in the car and they did immediately start falling off. Decided to try something new today by doing this and coming out I realized I could have went to CVS and bought lashes with the glue for $10 like I usually do and have it look way better and fuller than this did.They said for fullness I need a second appointment, it's just a rip off DONT DO IT! .... Only reason I gave one star was because customer service is nice, they are very kind but besides that the quality of the lashes itself is a waste 😑
