I am sure everyone that works here would be amazing to work with. But me and my brother had the chance to work with Chad, and he was so great. My father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. He didn’t have any plans in place at all. All we knew was that he wanted to be cremated. From the moment we walked in the door to the day of the service, Chad was so kind and compassionate. He followed my lead on anything I wanted done or have at the service. He was readily available by his personal phone for any questions or concerns that I had during the week of planning.
