Here are a few words from our founder Emily Reynolds on why she started MyLeanBody Boot Camp. I needed to spread the word that lifting weights and getting strong was the absolute best way to change your body, your mind, and your confidence. Women needed this message and I wanted to show them how.
So, I created a gym that would make women feel comfortable to walk in the door, where we do real exercises giving us a fantastic workout, while also making us strong, and getting us results.With these goals in mind, MyLeanBody Boot Camp was born! What else do we need? This became my passion so I jumped in and started.

You get to choose how many days and what class times work best for you! Workout with a group of women every day that will encourage and empower you to do more than you thought you could! You will be stronger and have more energy when you finish your 45 mintues! This is training with up to 4 women where you are working with a personal trainer to learn how to lift weights and tone your body!
When you walk into MyLeanBody Boot Camp (MLBBC) regardless if it is for Boot Camp class, Small Group Training or Personal Training you will be greeted with a big smile. Our mission at MLBBC is for each woman to be seen when they come into our gym. When you attend a Boot Camp class you will be in a group of women who are there to give their all for the 45 minutes of class.
Boot camp is our group fitness class. You will be in a class with other women who are there to work hard and get a great workout done. These classes are 45 minutes long and start off with a warm up to get your body moving and ready for the work out. From there the workout is broken up into three segments that are about 12 minutes long with a quick water break between segments.
Our experienced, certified female trainers know what works best for a woman's unique physique. Weight training for women is proven to build lean muscle mass, burn more calories and improve bone health. Building muscle mass will help maintain balance, strength and quality of life as we age.
Building stronger bones and increasing bone health (something we can do at any age as long as we are doing resistance training) will help prevent osteoporosis and other bone degeneration diseases.In our small group classes, you will get individualized attention and a customized workout to meet your goals.

This is THE BEST gym I have ever been a member of hands down!! All of the instructors are motivating and helpful at all times during the workouts. I love the passion that Ashley shows at the gym, and it really makes me want to be there. I always look forward to the workouts! And when I'm done with the workout, I can really tell I did some hard work!!! I love MLBBC!

I've been working out here for over 7 years now and I still find the classes fresh and challenging. I attend both HIIT Boot Camp sessions as well as small group Weight Training and love how strong I've become! I love that it's women only and there is no expectation to 'look a certain way' to be welcome here - no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you will find a home at MyLeanBody! I can't recommend enough!

MyLeanBody Boot Camp has been an amazing experience for me so far! The workouts are challenging and different everyday. I've been going 3 days per week for a little over a month and am already seeing results! This program has made working out so much fun. The trainers are so kind and motivational. I can't see myself ever stopping this program!

My neighbor had been going here for a couple years and she'd tell me about it but it just intimidated me too much.
