I have been in the swimming pool business for over thirty years, beginning with installing pools in the St. Charles County area with my father Charles Mackey during the summers when I was 11.

Our owner Kevin Mackey startedon pools with his father back in the mid 80s and has been doing pool installation and servicing in Saint Charles. Lincoln, and Wentzville areas for over 30 years. This Pool Openings service is where we de-winterize the filter system, Install all nozzles and check the system over for proper operation. This Pool service includes everything stated in System only and we also remove and fold your cover, lubricated the anchors in the deck with WD40, install rails and ladders.
Cardinal Pool Systems is the manufacturer we use. Located in the USA Cardinal uses high quality USA steel in the manufacture of our pool kits. They offer a wide variety of customizable options such as pool, step, bench and tanning ledge features. Their galvanized steel kits are double protected with an additional ZAM coating which protects the panel from corrosion.

Always great reliable service, they installed a heat pump for me and do my closings every year. I try to do most things myself, but when it comes time to close the pool it is so easy to schedule it and not worry about it. If I did it myself I would need the equipment to clear the water out of the pipes and preferably have someone to help with the winter cover. 3 guys show up and get it done in less than hour when it would probably take me all afternoon. The guarantee that if anything freezes they will fix it makes it so easy to pay someone instead. When we bought the house and opened the pool it

Reflections Pool Service installed our pool and we are extremely happy with our entire experience. Kevin and his team did an amazing job from the initial design through the construction process. Their attention to detail, communication, and work ethic was highly impressive. We hope to never move again, but if we did, we will most definitely have Reflections Pool Service build our pool!

STAY AWAY! After 5 years using their services they just dropped us as a client, saying they are too busy this year for pool opening. No previous communication was sent and now we need to go to the market to shop around. Very unprofessional. And service quality was dropping year over year anyway. Stay away, even if you buy a pool from them doesn’t mean they are available to provide you services. They really has ZERO VALUE for their clients. Loyalty is something they never heard of.

What an amazing company to work with! We are so happy that we chose to go with Kevin and his team at, Reflections Pools to install our new pool. After meeting with many other contractors, we couldn't be happier with our decision.
