Personally, I am so glad I signed on with this specific travel agency. The staff is so easy to work with and my recruiter is very helpful. They are professional, quick to respond with any issues I’m having, and they also offer very affordable benefits. Definitely would recommend for anybody looking to be a traveler!

I worked at converdia for a few months. Recently I left for a vacation for my birthday. I let my boss know several days in advance that I would be gone and therefore unable to make a scheduled shift. The company policy only requires a 4 hour minimum notice before missing work. Despite the fact that I followed company policy by notifying my boss TO HER FACE WITH A FELLOW EMPLOYEE THERE AS A WITNESS!!! She qualified the absence as reasons to terminate my position.
