Make it easy on yourself - park your car at one of Fenimore Mill's condominium rentals and walk wherever you need to go. It's all within about 4 blocks. If getting out on the water is your goal, we are located at the east side of the island and close to both of the marinas.
To make your vacation the best it can be, you'll need some basic ingredients like our fishing dock - fabulous for fishing or just watching the world go by. Have a boat? We've got parking for your trailer and we're only about two blocks from the Cedar Key boat launch. Bringing a kayak - we've got kayak racks and a nice sandy beach to put in from.

All units have waterfront views! Buildings 1-6 are on the open Gulf, with southeasterly views, catching the morning vistas of birds and sea life starting the day. Buildings 7-10 front on Cedar Key's stunning wildlife filled tidal basins, where one can also watch the commercial watermen and women starting the day's work of harvesting the bountiful waters off Cedar Key.
The Old Fenimore Mill condo complex is located at the eastern tip of the main island of the Cedar Keys - called Way Key. As you can see in the satellite view below, half of our buildings face the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The other half overlook the wildlife-filled bay that is part of the Cedar Keys National Wildlife Refuge.
While Cedar Key relieves you from the cares of the world, it is only 58 miles from Gainesville and I-75. Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando are less than three hours away. State Road 24 rolls into town, crossing over salt marshes and channels. SLOW down as you approach the first of four small, low bridges, put down those windows and savor the brine of the fresh air.
Our condominiums are individually decorated by the owners and show the eclectic tastes of each. Many have been decorated with local artists' work, feel free to jot down the names of your favorite artist and ask at the office where the artist's work is displayed. All units come fully equipped, including linens, cookware, tableware and cutlery.
Our 2 bedroom condos ("E" units), featuring a master bedroom downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs, are located on the third floor and one is located in the center of each building. There is a full bath downstairs and a shower bath in the loft (1.75 bath). The cathedral ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling windows, offer dramatic views of the gulf and abundant wildlife.

I felt like we escaped to a little bit of heaven staying here. The condo 4B, the view, all the comforts of home.. My wife and I like to escape to Cedar Key once or twice a year. This is now our favorite place to stay. Thank you for all the nice little touches and the decor was tastefully done. Look forward to our next visit

The location was great. The view was amazing.The sign says luxury condominiums, so that was my expectation. The condo's are showing their age and the grounds are lacking. We just came home from a 2 week stay and the pool was dirty the entire time. The hot tub was not working. About half of the chairs at the pool were broken. Our condo 9D had roaches and ants. The AC doesn't go below 76.
With all of that it does appear they're preparing to paint and make some upgrades outside. We were there in Off season. I did notified the owner of 9D about the roaches and was told someone would be out to check
