Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have had a couple of occasions where we were camping in western Mass and needed to make repairs. Tim has a great inventory and will go above and beyond to help you with advice or to find the part of he doesn’t have it.

Great place. Basically a two-man show but service was great! We came to browse small campers and their selection was excellent. The price they offered on next year's models was great. Pick-up was super smooth with Nick taking as much time as we needed to get comfortable with the details of our camper. Highly recommend!

We are so appreciative of this RV store. Between putting down a deposit and actually paying for a camper that was intented for our son, he died. So a RV was the last item we needed at that point. Staff at Tim's were understanding and beyond ethical, they offered to give us our deposit back. At a time when we are in profound grief, the kindness of strangers means everything. If all businesses are run like this, it would be a better world.

Tim's RV recoated the rubber roof on our 29 foot travel trailer. They also had to replace some of the plywood. they did an excellent job. They were very accommodating working around my schedule. My trailer was cleaned inside and out. The price was within my budget and estimate. It was definitely worth the 2-hour drive to bring it from Connecticut.

This morning, July 10th 2019, my, 2 kids and i set off on our RV trip to Bat Harbor Maine from South Hadley Mass. At the very beginning of out Journey, we had to stop in to Tim’s RV for an emergency fix!. Why?… Our AC-unit was ripped off after passing under a. 10Ft low clearance bridge..... Brandon answered the phone and suggested we stop in so that he could identify how much damage was done and what my suggestions would be.
