Kat is AMAZING!! She is super nice and extremely accommodating. Her studio is beautifully decorated and relaxing. Her schedule is very flexible as well. Today will be my 2nd time going in for electrolysis, and this time in particular was a last minute request where I hoped and prayed for a quick session with her. To my surprise, she said she has an appointment slot for me, which was literally only 2 hrs from the time I requested. Super thankful for her flexibility, expertise and positive attitude. Kat is a lovely electrologist with a beautiful little studio in Pasadena within the Colonade on the second floor. Easy parking, easy in and out. I have been seeing an electrologist for about a year with about 20 appts under my belt and I wasn't seeing results so I decided to try someone different. I'm looking for a long lasting union and it was a great 1st experience.

I initially picked Pilosity because I wanted a more personal experience as a one women show. Kat is exactly that - completely invested in her clients and her business, even down to the cute sofa and decor. I was enjoying my progress over the year, but sadly had to move away. Kat even spent time researching someone qualified in my new area for me. She rocks!

I was a bit nervous meeting Kat since it was my first time getting electrolysis sessions done. However, Kat made me feel so comfortable that I continued with sessions. I had some work done on my face and due to the pandemic I stop going; it's been about 2 months since my last session and I have notice the hair is growing back thinner (yay!). I wish I had known about electrolysis years ago; I look forward to going back.

Kat is fast, professional and a great listener. It's good therapy as well!! I still continue to see her an hour session. Thanks for a relaxing and excellent experience

I definitely had the best possible first experience of electrolysis here at Pilosity! Pilosity is nestled in the cutest and coziest studio that is very well decorated and has both a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. To be quite honest, I was nervous about electrolysis before coming here. I thought that it was going to be a painful and grueling process. Boy was I wrong. Kat is awesome and so knowledgeable about the entire process from beginning to end. She takes great care of her clients and makes sure to personally reach out to see how you are doing after treatment and answers any and all questions

I've gone to a couple of different places for electrolysis but no one came close to making me as comfortable as Kat. She's super nice and welcoming. She's also very good at her job and I appreciate that she's quick but meticulous. I've gone to places where they purposely go slow to stretch out the time to charge you more and Kat never does that.

She's also very responsive to any questions or concerns and I'm so glad I've found her! Highly recommend.

First session today and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, I'm just mad with myself for not going sooner! 10 stars!

Hi, I am not good at writing reviews on Yelp, my first time obviously, but I just want to give a 5 stars to Pilosity studio. Kat is a very professional and good hearted person, she is very careful with electrolysis, never misses one hair, and mine are white blond and hard to spot. This past Christmas Kat ran a 12 Days to Christmas Countdown contest on Instagram which was a lot of fun. Check her studio out, it's very cozy, very comfortable and she is cool.

Once upon a time I was very hairy and now I'm very smooth and I owe all the thanks to Kat. Private, clean and warm environment in a spa like setting. Kat is very engaging and explains the whole process to pre, during and post care. I would recommend her highly.

Shame over hair is talked about quietly. This is especially true for men. My wife recommended electrolysis for the hair on my nape, neck, and ears. I am absolutely content with the results. I keep my hair short and clean in the back but I tend to get in grown hairs. This method of hair removal has absolutely worked for me. It's been 9 months now and I have no regrets. Electrolysis is a little hidden gem in the beauty industry. I've done everything from shaving, waxing, plucking and even laser. Electrolysis is the only permanent hair removal options - especially on the face. I've been a huge fan of Kat. I've tried several different electrologists and after having her work on me, I could immediately identify the talent. She's precise and fast- which is a great skill for an electrologist. Know that this is a commitment-but it works. Pilosity is an oasis - a huge reco on my part!

I would start with telling you all I myself is an electrologist and have many years of experience and I know exactly how it feels when probe(needle) goes in and how hair will come out without being tweezed. When Katherine start working on areas I can't reach myself made me happiest that I finely found my electrologist. She's perfect at what she does,super precise,clean and fast. Kat is awesome! I'm relatively "new" to the world of permanent hair removal (a.k.a. electrolysis) and I have to say that the transition has been good (thanks to Kat). I love coming to Pilosity for electrolysis and facials. I'm a guy with very thick hair and I tend to have acne so I like being able to take care of both issues in one place. It's a very nice, calm environment and I feel pampered.
