We want for the vacation to Marco island from Chicago and we were in need of a babysitter for our 2 year boy. We contact the TLC for it. The process was easy they choose the perfect babysitter for our son. He is a handful. Ms. Kim was amazing. Very nice, the aura around her made me feel very safe to leave our baby with her in the first minutes she walk to the house. She was very prepare with toys and other stuff to got Jason Busy. The next day she returned to take care of him again and he just runs to her like he know her for ever!! I will recommend to call them and ask directly for Ms. Kim she

Both sets of grandparents fell ill so we couldn't take them to Florida to have them helps us care for our daughters while my husband and I attended a wedding of dear friends. The Marco Island Beach Ocean Resort and Marriott hotels recommended A Tender Loving Care service. I felt that was high praise coming these companies. Our assigned care giver, Mary Jean, was beyond exceptional. I felt like our girls were with the real Mary Poppins. Mary Jean was with us for two evenings and both experiences were excellent. Our child care fell through for our son to stay home for our trip. We scrambled and called the hotel we were staying in for a recommendation. They were correct! Mary Jean saved the day! She brought toys, games, was very professional. We got two date nights in and when we woke up our son to leave he got weepy and said, “but I’ll miss the babysitter!” All the thumbs up!

My husband and I just returned from our vacation to Naples. It was our first trip with the baby and, since she was born in the middle of the pandemic, our first time using a babysitter. Our hotel recommended several companies, one of which was A Tender Loving Care service. I researched several companies and after speaking with owner Marion decided to hire one of their sitters for 4 days of our trip. Initially we were booked with Mary Jean and I spoke with her on the phone and she was lovely. We were excited to meet her, however she got sick and so Marion said Mattie would be our sitter instead

Fantastic and reliable. We came down to Naples for a wedding and pool party the next day and hired the agency for both days. We LOVED the sitter for our daughter so much. She sent updates, photos of them at the beach and had her bathed, fed, happy and asleep like magic. Very well experienced and she even brought arts and crafts to play with, and a little gift for her too. My daughter is still asking about our sitter which is always a great sign!

I have worked with TLC for over 13 years. Marion has always been attentive to the needs of each of the children. The other sitters she has sent have always followed her example. You can tell they love the kids and want the best for them.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Marion and her team of sitters, so much so I was compelled to write this review. We have made two different visits to the Naples area since December and used TLC both times. Marion and team are incredibly thoughtful, reliable, and attentive, bringing individualized activities for my children based on their ages and interests (6 years, 3 years, and 5 months). I felt very comfortable going out to enjoy a much-needed adult evening knowing they were under her care. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with “A Tender Loving Care Service.” I appreciated that when I called to make arrangements for childcare for our son, Lucas, I was asked information about him and things he likes to do. Marion really cared about our son having a good time and being comfortable. That meant the World to me! After learning how much Lucas is into arts and crafts, she arranged for Mattie, an artist herself, to care for him each evening that we planned on going out in Naples. Lucas took to her immediately and it was great that he didn’t have to get to know another sitter

My regular babysitter’s daughter was sick and so my babysitter cancelled last minute, 2 hours prior to needing child care. I called randomly a few local babysitting agencies but either they had an answering service and didn’t call back promptly or couldn’t accommodate me in such short notice on a Saturday morning. When I called TLC Babysitting services, I was greeted by such a nice warm caring woman. She shared that her daughter was already working but that she’s hurry up and get ready and come over within the 1 1/2 I needed someone. She brought a small gift for my daughter and my daughter

We had a wonderful experience with Mattie! She went above and beyond to make our trip special for our son, whether it was taking and printing out pictures to remember the trip, or bringing books and toys that she knew he would enjoy. She was extremely responsive, and would text updates and pictures whenever she was with our son.
In terms of making the reservation, I found Marion to be very sensitive to the type of sitter that we were requesting. She went out of her way to find us a wonderful sitter who was able to be with us for ten days.
Overall, we had a great experience. I would highly recommend
