Came in with a hydraulic cylinder from an old piece of equipment and guy said he would go over it and call me in a couple of days with cost. Called me on time and told me it would be more cost effective for me to purchase a new cylinder. Totally honest and he even steered me to a website with the correct item to order. Ordered and new part fit perfectly. Tough these days to find a company with customer service like this.
