I am from Virginia so if I go to a BMW dealer anywhere from home it is a emergency. So last month I was lucky to find them. They went way out of their way to assist me. I was able to complete my over 8,500 mile trip back home to Virginia.
Great Experience for me dealing with them. They are Very Knowledgeable and friendly and very reasonable on prices.
I couldn't recommend them more.

Absolutely top-notch service by top-notch people. I had a flat on my BMW S1000RR in the middle of nowhere and got a lift by a wonderful person to their shop. They were not only able to help me on such short notice, but their experience and recommendations where welcomed. I would definitely recommend going there if you care about the quality of service on your bike.

These guys were great, near the end of a week long trip and found myself in need of a new front tire. They got me in right away. Took the tire off, showed me that the bearings need replacement which they did, cleared the maintenance light for me (oil change) and had me back on the road in under 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon before the Memorial Day weekend! Thank you so much, makes for a great story to tell as part of the trip! Special thanks to Mark, Dave and Craig! We will call you when we need our next service. It will be worth the trip!

I needed new riding gear and seeings as how I ride a Honda ST1300ABS I was honestly a little leery, but got nothing but compliments on my bike and great direction(s) on my gear. They started showing me the riding gear, recommending some spendy gear, again I was leery, but once I got to Mammoth Lakes in a blizzard I never questioned their recommendations again. I stayed dry and warm the entire trip. I learned there's a reason it can take longer when going to their store because they take the time to actually get you what you NEED, not what you want, because they do their best to make your ride good

The owner Craig and his and staff are knowledgable, kind, and unfailingly helpful. I've bought a couple Helite products from them and Craig has always taken the time to make sure that I get exactly the right product and fit. Everybody at Hansen's is clearly passionate about what they do and it shows in their awesome service. The best kind of business and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Mark and his Dad and Wade and the crew could not possibly have been more helpful- traveling through the state we needed tires asap on our Tiger 1200. They took care of us right away- gave us time to get there from Cave Junction, pointed out the awesome Taco Truck one block away and recommended some awesome twisties up to Greenfield after the new buns were spooned on. You just can't fake that kind of nice.

While passing thru Medford on a long trip, I stopped at Hansen's for an oil/filter change and new tires for my R1200GS. I called ahead and they were ready when I arrived and immediately rolled the bike to the shop for service. They had the tires I wanted in stock and 90 minutes later, the work was completed. Very pleased with the work performed and they even install black colored wheel weights to match the black rims of the bike! The cost of the service work and new tires was very reasonable.

This speaks to the excellent service of the team at Hansen's BMW for a stranded motorcyclist! Mark and Wade came through for me in a clutch situation. My battery died on my 2009 BMW R1200GS Adventure 30 miles south of their dealership - as this was day one of my trip from San Jose, CA to Deadhorse, AK. I phone ahead, and spoke to both Mark and Wade - they had the battery in stock, and told me they would pull it out, add the fluid, and put it on the charger for me. In the meantime, after struggling to get a tow to the dealership (I was stuck in Hornbrook, CA), we arrived just in time before

These guys really helped me out on a Saturday morning. I was in the middle of a 10 day dual sport ride and hundreds of miles from home when my back tire reached it's limit sooner that expected due to the heavy load and some rough roads.
I pulled in before opening but they were already there and came out to the parking lot to greet me. They had me back on the road by 10:30AM with a great set of dual sport tires at a great price. Really saved my trip!!

First off, I can't afford a BMW. I own a Triumph Trophy SE (in between an K1600 and R1200RT). I put 8000 miles on my tires and they were bald. I was in dire straits. Hansen's got me in and out with new shoes and gave me an outstanding price. I want a K1600 and will come back here to buy one. Great service from Dave and Craig and Mason could not have been more accommodating. Every boutique dealer should look like them!

Just had my 2004 BMW r1200r in to get some seriously overdue work done: new tires ("fabulous" Metzler Z8's), brake/ABS & clutch fluid replacement, new clutch, new rear brake pads, plus clutch slave cylinder & engine seals). Also, my bike has had a loud bell-sounding "clank" over bumps. THAT turned out to be a missing windshield mount (duh).

I had an excellent experience with them. I was on a motorcycle ride and I needed a flat repaired. They fitted me in and performed factory recalls on my BMW motorcycle within a few hours. I was able to go next-door and have breakfast, return back and my motorcycle was ready to go!The staff and owners are extremely nice and the pricing was very reasonable for a BMW dealership.

Great guys. Bought a helmet from them last year and they tossed in some cleaner and a nice cloth with a couple tips on helmet maintenance. I broke one of the clips recently and they helped me find new plastic components. Would do business with them any time. Also stop in to see the cool new Ducati and Triumph bikes.
