At JJ's Auto Clinic, we take quality seriously, and we back it up with an unheard of warranty. Don't' let the local dealer fool you, you can have your vehicle maintained elsewhere, be happier, and have money left in your checkbook afterward! Federal Law says they must honor your warranty - even if you choose to have maintenance done elsewhere.
In general, if it's a problem with your automobile, WE CAN REPAIR IT, (And if we can't we'll tell you who can.) We install a better quality part, lifetime exhaust parts are available by request and will last as long as you have the automobile. We employ a fully trained and Ford certified diesel technician ready and able to handle any of your diesel trucks maintenance or repairs.
Even if you didn't use all of the services on the card, the four Free Oil Changes alone are well worth the introductory price of $89.95. You're not limited to using your Car Care Club Card on only one car, use it on multiple vehicles. You can give it to your spouse or a friend and let them use it to save money on any repairs they may need.

I had my alternator replaced at JJs Auto in Neenah on August 26th, 2021. For months afterwards, all my vehicle’s lights would randomly shut off for a second while I was driving and then turns back on. Then in November/December, my whole vehicle would shut off for a few seconds while I’m driving it, and then turn back on. This would cause my vehicle to jolt in an extreme fashion, which was especially dangerous and worrisome for me on the interstate. Because of prior issues with JJs integrity, I contacted the BBB to have them confirm the receipt of replacement of my alternator. JJs replied back

Used JJ's 4 times over the past few years. This crew is the most professional and honest group of auto mechanics I ever encountered. I stopped using these guys after I moved to Wautoma but have found that they are worth the travel to have peace of mind knowing I am getting above average workmanship and customer service at a good price. This place is great! What I thought might be a larger issue ended up being a simple one. I was making plans to be without a car for a few days and figuring out a way to pay for the repairs, but then got a phone call with great news! I got my car back the same day and the work done was super affordable. Needles to say I will be bringing my car back and telling my friends about this place. Trustworthy and straightforward!

We have been a satisfied customer for years with JJ's. Whether it's tires, oil changes, or various engine maintenance jobs, we have confidence in their work. Most recently, they had to do some diagnostics to determine a rough idle issue and found that a part was no longer made that was needed for our vehicle. They went out of their way to track the correct replacement part down. We highly recommend their work and their fair pricing.

Love JJ's and the team there! They are always very straightforward with what the issue is on my car and the steps they need to do to resolve it. Multiple times they've offered a cheaper fix that would be just as good as the more expensive one, which I super appreciate every time! Would definitely recommend taking your car here!

Had a water leak and didn't know were it really was coming from dropped it off and they found leak NO it was not a water pump like i was told by someone else or gasket it was a plastic pcs that cracked . All fix and i would go back again price was right and they told me what else i should get fixed but NO pushing just talked to me about it

Good place with people that were pretty straight forward. Took my truck to firestone cause I had a wheel bearing out and they charged me $10 for a diagnostic and told me that I had to pay $1500 for wheel bearing and a bunch of other repairs(some that I know where not necessary) when I said I only wanted wheel bearing and the necessary work done, they denied doing any repairs unless I got all repairs done. Talked to the people and JJs and they looked at my truck for free and told me exactly what was necessary(without me telling them) and cost $600. They repaired the truck and it's been working
