They did what they said they'd do, they did a good job of it and they didn't overcharge me! I was surprised and very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and the fairness of their fee! I'd lost the key to a small gas-powered Yamaha scooter. I asked them how much it would cost to make a new set of 2 keys. They said I'd have to bring it in and it would cost me somewhere between $35 and $70. I was immediately sure it would be $70. I asked how long it would take. They said I'd need to leave it one or two days. I was sure that meant two to four or five.the The next day, I called, just so

Bought a used 2007 Jeep last month and I only had one basic key. Really wanted a key fob to remote lock & unlock. Dealership quoted me $300 for a duplicate key. Jim's charged me only $100 and included the programming. I'll come back if needed.

I brought in my motorcycle saddlebag lock and they made me two replacement keys within about 10 minutes at a reasonable price. Friendly, quality service. I was referred here by my motorcycle mechanic at Gilbane Motorsports. I hope I don't need any lock or key help again but if do, I know where to go.

Excellent experience!! My car key broke in half and I got quotes with two other auto locksmiths for over $70 to fix it. In my search I found Jim’s and called and they had it done in less than 5 minutes for less than $5. Great friendly service for such a fair price!
