I have been involved with copiers since black & white came out. I have worked with good and horrible companies over the years. I am a printer, and I am out of business if my machine is down. Emerald has the best techs that I've ever seen(Dan is my favorite). Meg and her team set me up a year ago, and they continue to be the best copier company that I've ever used.

The printers/scanners that Emerald Document Imaging installed in my office have not only increasing our productivity, but lowered our expenses.
When ever there is a question or concern (although rare), the staff is great at walking you through the necessary steps to fix the problem and willing to come out to your office to fix any issues themselves.

I met sales rep Meg Ryan at a networking event where we discussed my frustrations with the slow and fairly low image quality printer I had in my home office. I also mentioned I was spending about $68 per month on ink. Meg inquired about the dimensions of the available desk space in my home office and then said she would get back to me.

Just signed on with them this summer and so far so good. Meg Ryan is personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped us get out of a horrific lease and into a new one for our copier/scanner/printer. Still early in the game but so far it has been a wonderful experience.
