He, then, goes onto blaming whatever source he uses to purchases the computer items for broken pieces. Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Michael is like the angel of computers. Fiance and I went in to get it fixed, super humble dude, no huge ego like most IT guys.. actually directed questions at me since it's my computer and not just my fiance 😆 some good conversation and before I knew it it was fixed and I was out of there within half an hour! and he's clearly not in it for the money from both my experiences. Not sure how I feel about this place honestly, I originally went in for an estimate for repair on my laptop and was given an estimate quickly, after some time I returned to be told it wouldn’t be worth it to fix it? This seems to puzzle me, don’t get me wrong customer service seemed adequate it’s just a bit odd to me

Michael was great! Everyone else wanted me to leave my computer for anywhere between 3 and 5 days. It's my work computer and I don't have another. He took a look, confirmed it was just the fan, had the part in stock and had it back to me same day. He's also going to repair the screen on my phone and instead of making me leave it for days on end, he's ordering the part and will call me when it's in.

I recently upgraded a few of my pc parts and was unable to get it to work with my monitor. I had called a few different places in hopes of finding someone that could help me out and I am so happy I went here to get it fixed! My laptop screen was flickering and when I called, the owner said to bring it in. He quickly showed me that my touch screen was the problem and if I didnt need it, he could just turn that function off for a quick fix. He took care of it, offered to fix it in the future if for some reason it came back on, and didn't charge me anything for the simple fix. From my phone call, to the drive and repair, the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. My husband said Laptop EMT had quickly repaired his laptop twice and the cost was reasonable.

Tech can very frustrating when it doesn't work. That being said I can confidently say LaptopEMT is the place to solve all your pc problems. I had GPU heating issues that I couldn't figure out. Few days latter my pc was up and running with no issues. My only problem was not calling them before swapping out parts and trying to troubleshoot my pc issues. Thank you LaptopEMT ! I accidentally broke off my headphone jack in the speaker port on my computer. I tried everything I could think of to get it out, but no luck. So I called Michael at Laptop EMT and he said to come on down. It only took him 5 minutes and I was out the door – and he didn’t charge me anything! Thank you very much, Michael. LaptopEMT truly was a lifesaver. After hours on the phone with Apple support and an in person appointment at Best Buy, we were told that my daughter would have to replace her iPhone, loose thousands of pictures and videos and that her laptop would possibly need replacing as well. Called in about a couple external hard drives we have been having issues with and was told to stop by so he could take a look.
