We have a certified team of professional technicians, trained and qualified to deal with any and all of your glass needs.
Automatically adjusts the vehicle's speed, maintaining a safe distance from other drivers ahead. Abnormal driving behaviour (such as fatigue, distraction, smoking, phone use), an audible alarm and visual alarm will be given. Whenever a new windshield is installed, the system must be re-calibrated to ensure the systems are functioning properly.

This is the worst repair shop I have ever seen. I fall in the trap because my rear window broke on weekend. Their website says 24/7 they are actually not they just collect car on weekends and don't fix it till Monday. If you call them after 6PM they don't have anyone available. They gave initial estimate of $600 but after getting my insurance information they over charged ICBC $1100. They sent guy to pick up the car first time and later when they make mess they ask you every time to bring the car to their repair shop to correct their mess. First glass they put on car was faded. This place has superior service! Called at 7am (website says 24hrs/day) they dropped a courtesy car at my work, picked up my truck and dropped off my truck the next morning to my home! Only cost my Icbc deductible like everywhere else. The day before Speed auto glass had me on hold for 5min then said they were too busy???

Great service, was in contact late Saturday night after my rear window was smashed. Replied in a timely fashion and set up to bring my car in Monday. They told me possibly 5 days to get my rear window repaired(due to supply chain issues), happily got a phone call the next day with my car being ready for pick up, rock chips in windshield replaced and car vacuumed

Rapid Auto Glass was recommended by my dad in Ontario when I shared pictures of major windshield damage after work last Friday night (hence missing the family time call on Saturday morning because I had booked appointment with another auto shop on Saturday morning). Amazing experience! Truck got broken into one morning and I was leaving on a 6 day camping trip the following morning. Called them up, they said bring it in at 11am same day, by 2pm my glass was replaced. They gave me a courtesy car, gas money and the service by the two girls at the front was second to none. After horrible customer service towards my hubby I tried to work out a warranty claim after the put in a faulty peice of glass. I was told to text with the manager to set up an appointment when I ask for a time to bring our vehicle in i never got a response. my hubby had to just show up to have the glass replaced and received more horrible customer service. they did replace the glass in the end but hubby was still treated very poorly. I can't say enough about the way I was treated here. I showed up with my car to have it fixed, they were so great, they waited for my claim to go through with ICBC (10 minutes tops) and then they drove me up to hertz to get a rental. I had to be out of town before I could pick up my car again and they understood and I was able to keep the rental an extra day. I got my car back cleaner than I had left it. The rock chip in my windshield turned into a crack. So before the problem gets bigger, I googled several windshield repair places. I saw the good reviews on yelp and google so I thought I'd give it a try. Them having a courtesy car also helped make me choose this company. AMAZING SERVICE for both times that I've gotten the car serviced. The first time was last week when my car got broken into and my laptop was taken during the night. :( I was so shaken up but I knew that I had to do something fast rather than driving around with a broken window. I got a rock to my windshield this summer and another one this november, since the weather was getting so cold I decided I had to replace it and called these guys for a quote. My ICBC deductible was $300 but Rapid glass told me my cost would be only $200, then ICBC pays for the rest without increasing my premiums. I called them at 9pm on a Monday night and spoke to Lauren - he gave me a great quote for my chip repair and welcomed me in the next morning. More than what I was expecting (the usual voice mail with a request to call during 'regular business hours').
