An ounce of prevention will go a long way toward keeping your home's plumbing in top working order and you'll avoid costly repairs! Even small drips can waste thousands of gallons of water, as much as 150 gallons a day! Be sure to check under sinks for moisture or small leaks. And always repair leaky faucets right away to avoid paying for wasted water, and also to avoid water damage to your fixtures and pipes.

After calling no less than eight plumbers Scandlon was the only one who responded to our emergency plight! Their servicemen were so nice and understanding and even gave us some helpful tips to prevent recurrence of the problem. I would absolutely call these folks again! I give em ten stars but Google only allows five.

Mike & his team replaced two tank heaters with a single tankless heater. Prior to the work, he answered several questions quickly & well. It was installed within a week of accepting his proposal. After the install we had a small drip on one of the lines. They responded the next day & fixed it well. Very good customer service.

Mike was very helpful troubleshooting the issue I was having with my tankless water heater. The P/C board that was replaced arrived at Scanlon Plumbing quickly, and was installed and verified working in short order. I was treated fairly both in price and installation.

My all the drains in my house were backing up and it smelled like sewage in the house it was unbearable. I called several other plumbers and Scanlon Plumbing was the only company not charging a fee to come and talk to me.
Ken showed up and assessed the issue in less than 30 minutes and then he got straight to work.
He unclogged the main sewer line and capped off an abandoned drain and ensured absolutely everything worked properly before he left.
Extremely professional, extremely fast service and top tier work!!!!
