Cobb Mechanical's goal is to achieve a work plan and schedule that meets the needs of all the various stakeholders, allowing for on-time completion of the project. Our in-house scheduling personnel, with formal accreditations from the Project Management Institute's College of Scheduling, can create, analyze, improve and implement any schedule, regardless of the scope or complexity.
While they may be today's construction buzz words, Building Information Modeling is not a new concept to the employees of Cobb Mechanical. Our project teams have been using advanced, computer-aided coordination tools for decades, facilitating a streamlined approach to deliver mechanical system installations of the highest quality, on schedule, at the lowest possible cost.
Our sheet metal production facility can produce millions pounds of sheet metal a year, and our pipe fabrication facility can weld any type and size of pipe to meet any set of specifications. Using our in-house resources, Cobb Mechanical manufactures round, rectangular and spiral duct products with state-of-the-art, high-speed equipment to ensure consistent quality on any job, large or small.
Providing a safe working environment is the highest priority at Cobb Mechanical, and has been since the company was founded in 1969. Our formal safety program, STOP for Safety, was implemented at Cobb Mechanical in 1991. It includes monthly safety audits at each jobsite and daily evaluations of changing jobsite conditions with immediate corrective action to unsafe conditions.
