I brought my 2003 Ford excursion in for service and was told I had $13000,00 Worth of damage going on with my motor…. Couldn’t believe it… I call back with my mechanic I’ve known for years on the phone and I asked the guy from Diesel Worx to tell him all that was goin on with my motor to him.. I sat back and let them two have a 20 min convo about all the ends and outs…. At the end of the day I paid $13000,00 and I’m very satisfied….

I took my diesel truck to this place they tell me that I had a replace the transmission I don't think they even diagnose the truck they were charging me $8,000 to do the job and the only thing that the truck have it was the flat wheel in it that it was on no good they have my truck over a week and I recommending this place he probably was good on time but now I will not recommend that at all I spent $700 on labor and $800 on parts

F450 broke down and had it towed to a local dealer. I was suspicious of the dealer diagnosis. They included replacing a DPF with fewer than 5000 miles. I told Diesel Worx it was not running, nothing else. Completely different diagnosis from and fix from Diesel Worx. Their fix was thousands less to get me running. Also had them replace my turbos that i knew were faulty..great mechanics and service. These guys are not generic parts changers. I bought this beast used and had no idea how much turbo boost she had until now. Thanks...will be seeing you guys for mantenance and any problems in the future

We travel all over the country for work in our diesel truck that tows a lot of weight. This is the best diesel shop we've found in all of our travels. Brought my 2008 6.4 in to change my up pipes. They call me to come back to talk about my truck. The mechanic Frankie talked to me. He starts the truck and takes off the oil cap and tells my the blow by that was coming out shouldn’t be doing that at all. Well if you know 6.4’s they do that. They didn’t want to work on my truck. And why were you checking the blow by anyways? I didn’t ask for that at all. Just up pipes. Told me my engine was pretty much on its last leg and it would cost $20,000 after said and done. No thanks.

I have always been one who believed in using the dealership for repairs. After MULTIPLE wasted trips and more than $ 7,000 later at a local Dodge dealership. I had all I could take. I decided to try somewhere else. WOW!!! These guys are unbelievable. Diesel Worx (Mike and everyone I dealt with) were nothing short of exceptional. Not only was my truck finally fixed...It was completed for less than what they quoted and finished sooner than they said. I have completely changed my disposition regarding dealerships. If my truck needs work, Diesel Worx is where I will go. This was by far the best repair

Awesome repair shop with great people! Our Ford F-250 broke down on the interstate near Kenner. 2 of our friends recommended Dieselworx, so we had AAA tow us there. They fit us in right away even though they were quite busy, considering the fact that we were on our way to Gatlinburg to celebrate our 10th anniversary. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back on our way in less than 3 hours.

I’ve had my truck here 3x and always get a same-day diagnosis, quick repair/upgrade, and excellent communication from them. Usually get a call from them a few days after picking it up to make sure everything is satisfactory, and it always is. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Won’t be taking my truck anywhere else while I’m in this area.
