I called the office over a year ago to cahnge my primary doctor to Dr. Mitchell and have never heard anything from them. Eveytime I call they say they don't have any paperwork back from the office manager. I have never received any paperwork to fill out. Stopped into the office yesterday and was told to call Carthage I call them this morning and am told they still don't have any paperwork and that they have taken people since I initally called. The worst part is I had contacted United Healthcare and they were told that I just needed to make an appointment.

On 8/16/17 I called to schedule an appointment with Mike Hinman as I was in pain and still am. Mike was booked but i was offered an appointment with another PA. Due to the pain I took the appointment. I did not like her approach or the way she talked to me like i was an idiot. Long story short. I'm still in pain and no answers as she continues to call my husband's phone when my number was given and he rarely carries his phone.

Dr. Fish, at Family Practice, diagnosed my husband's extremely rare form of leukemia and later caught that what looked like a mole was actually melanoma. If it weren't for him, I doubt my husband would be here now. A nurse practitioner at the Watertown office discovered I had lupus (after I had bounced from doctor to doctor all over the north country).
