I have had several laser hair treatments in the the past and going to Gem Spa is the first one that actually made a difference! She is super quick and so nice and her lasers actually work on darker skin and darker hair! Gem spa is amazing and my parents love coming here too! Definitely won’t go anywhere else!

I had a seriously great experience! I even tried to steal Tallan to come work for my own business- turns out this is family owned/operated- so no luck there! my boyfriend and I had our teeth whitened. Although it's not a super fun thing to do- we experienced GREAT customer service, great pricing, great results, and a very clean/comfortable space. Thanks guys!

Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. This place is run so poorly it's ridiculous and completely frustrating. Both my husband I have decided that we'd rather not finish our laser hair removal treatments that we paid for than try to deal with the complete lack of professionalism at this place. On MULTIPLE occasions this place has cancelled on us at the last minute, literally like as I'm getting into my car to drive there. I'll be taking my money, my business somewhere else. You are flakey.

I absolutely LOVE Gem Spa! Candy and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I've tried several laser spas and I travel from Tennessee twice a year to get touch ups here because their equipment and treatments actually work! Only complaint is it's hard to schedule because it's so popular, so make an appointment well in advance. Worth it!

My results with the laser hair removal on my underarms has been awesome & I haven't shaved in weeks! I have very thick dark hair and it's virtually gone after my 4th session! It is hard to actually make an appt since all the calls go to voicemail but when you do get in contact to make one you're good! You can't beat the price $$

I have been going to this place for laser hair removal for almost a year. I have had great results with their laser!!! It is a small place but is nice and clean. Scheduling is hard because they are so booked but plan ahead and it is fine. It is the cheapest place I have seen and it works! Would recommend.

I've had laser hair removal in two areas and I'm completely satisfied. Each package I purchased was for 6 treatments and my arm pit hair is nearly completely gone, no more shaving there!!
The Brazilian area will possibly take an additional few treatments, but I can go weeks without shaving! Totally worth it and I look forward to additional treatments in the future!

Generally good experience with laser hair removal. Staff is friendly and office is clean. Two of my six appointments were canceled and eventually rescheduled. I tried some of their other services and was happy with the work of their MD, but got scary results with the nurse that took over. Stick to laser and skip Gem Spa for other services.

I have been going to GemSpa since 2013 and I love it. Personal, fast service with auto-confirmations for every appointment and zero wait time when you go in. You think the price is too good to be true,but they truly offer 6 treatments at killer deals and touchups for $15. Beat that. I'm not sure where the previous reviewer was going - but the GemSpa office is a spotless, new office right next to Alta View hospital. It's true there is a code on the door, but I just call and get the combo.

Bought a groupon, figuring how hard can laser hair removal be. I had my first appointment and it was ok, but it took several weeks before they would answer the phone or return messages to even get started. They booked me out like 6 weeks after I finally got a hold of them. The place is a little dodgey. A run down office that's never open. (I tried to stop by several times since no one was returning my phone calls.) Ideally you're supposed to get this done once every 6 weeks or so.
