MM TECH DOCTOR is a small business that looks to offer solutions to short and long term technology issues for home and businesses. We give different services that most computer repair or technology support places do not offer. MM Tech Doctor's goals are to give solutions- not sell. We'll troubleshoot the problem and give you the best and quickest solution that will make your technology problem hassle free.
We offer the best computer repair service on both laptop and desktop. The key to our PC repair is understanding the problem and the needs of our customer computer problems. The second thing we do is making sure the customer understands the issues they face with their hardware and software. We determine which area the customer's issue comes from and make sure the customer is completely satisfied when they leave.
At MM Tech Doctor, our computer services will determine if your issue lies in hardware or in software. Often there is confusion between the two. There will be suggestions to troubleshoot the hardware when it is a software corruption issue. We provide computer repair to Macs, Windows PCs and smaller scale electronics.
We perform data-recovery from bad hard drives, deleted, formatted, dead flash drives and more. We offer great prices for data-recovery, and if we do not get your data, the fee is nothing. Service is too slow.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: To follow up with your remarks. I did not demand why my Laptop was not fixed ahead of others. However, I called 3 hours later and found out that no one had started working on the Laptop and no techs were in the store. I stated that I would pick it back up and placed a 1-star review on google. The owner then attempted to call me and figure out a way to remove my review, but when I found a repair store that offered to fix it faster, I ended up keeping my review.
The event occurred: I dropped my Laptop somewhere between 11 - 12 am. Roughly 3 hours later, and

When my computer died out of nowhere I was in a panic as I need it for work. I had driven by MM Tech Doctor many times and decided to try them out after checking reviews. I am very impressed with the detail that was shared with me regarding possible reasons for my computer failure, cost of diagnostics and likely needed repair. Manny wanted me to understand what was going on and what it would take to fix it. It was repaired and is working better than when new. When my laptop was giving me problems, I was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. I spoke with Yaz, who was very knowledgeable and help me update whatever was necessary to try and solve the problem. Yaz and Manny were very nice and informative. They diagnosed my computer's problem and had it fixed in a reasonable time. My computer runs like new now and I'm very happy. What used to take hours now only takes about 30 minutes. Very pleased with the repair.

Brought my laptop in as I was having issues with powering it on and off. The gentleman that took care of me listened to the issues I was having.
He was very responsive to possible issues and repairs that may be needed but could not tell me a definite answer until they ran some diagnostics. After I left my laptop with them they kept me updated every couple hours via phone on what they had done and found (this was a Saturday as well). They had my laptop back in great working order in under a day and I was extremely happy with customer service. I feel they did not over charge me and now they have

Manny fixed a very difficult issue with my Macbook Pro and didn't charge me any more than we initially agreed on even though he ended up having to work on it a lot to get it fixed. I don't know how many other computer repair people could have done what Manny did. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him!

After taking my PC to rescuecom (mistake) who claimed my CPU fried my motherboard, power supply and me knowing a thing or two I immediately packed up my machine, didn't even let them put it back together.Took it to Manny who fixed a damaged PCI Express slot in 2 days for under $100. Yeah. I thought I knew my stuff but Manny is like a PC Guru. And resuecom charged me $200 to tell me my whole machine was broke .
