Mike is based out of South Riding, VA and serves the Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, and Prince William Counties in Northern Virginia.
Mike has limited availability for events more than 25 miles from Chantilly, VA including events in Fauquier County, Winchester, VA or Washington, DC. Mike started his training as a children's entertainer in 2008 when he attended Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp. He started making balloons professionally at events in 2009.

Mike Becvar entertains kids of all ages with his balloon creations as Balloons By Mike. He also does face painting. Although, he started out as a clown, Sir Toony Van Dukes, Mike quickly realized that some events didn't need a clown, so he began advertising under the name Balloons By Mike.

Yes, Mike often does balloons at birthday parties as either Balloons By Mike or Sir Toony Van Dukes. Balloons are a great treat for the guests at your child's birthday party. Mike has a one hour minimum for all parties. The amount of time required depends on the number of children expected so that there is enough time for all of the kids to get a balloon.
