Was pressured to “hurry up and sign lease” and pay for 1st month + deposit on building that had sat vacant for YEARS, which I did 3/21. Govt issued stay at home order 3/24, I asked to put lease on hold since I couldn’t get inspection or license, Paul agreed but demanded I turn in keys, which I did 4/3. So I had access just 10 days, on 5/29 Paul emails me that they already rented to someone else and were keeping my entire $700 first months rent, even though I only had the keys 10days but never moved in or used once, also stole my property I left there expecting to be able to continue my lease
