Once the phosphates reach a certain level there is no amount of chlorine sanitation that wil help. The dying algae killed by shocking only creates more food for the phosphates to grow which than feeds the algae again.

We've had them since moving into our home over 2 years ago. They've been consistent and fair-priced. What I appreciate most is that I don't have the time or knowledge to keep up with the pool, and they've already repaired my vacuum and stayed on top of other minor things that I would likely not noticed until it's too late.
