Medical care here was acceptable.
I've been trying to pay a $15 charge for the past 4 months. It's difficult for me to take a medical practice seriously when they don't have online pay options. I've sent off 2 copies of my credit card information in the mail and somehow they never get it.
Why is it that the kid who clips the lawns in my neighborhood accepts online payments, but Sarasota Medical Center requires that I snail-mail them my credit card information?

The doctors are very good but their staff is not returning phone call like when you need a referral. I have to call every time 4 times and more until they returning the phonecall or I you have to have luck that someone answers the phone. I even called their office manager and he not answering and not returning your phone calls either.

Ever since my first contact on the phone with Barbara who gave me ROCK STAR customer service, Sarasota Medical Center was WONDERFUL from my very first appointment with Raette Hall. I’ve also seen Jennifer Schook who is very caring, down to earth and provides EXCEPTIONAL service!!! Erin, Noel and the rest of the staff have AMAZING “can-do” attitudes!!! It’s such a comfort to know that Sarasota Medical Center is ALWAYS available to see me with either an appointment or as a walk in.

I’ve been seeing the chiropractor there for many years. He’s awesome.
Today I needed to see a medical doctor as well, so on his recommendations I saw someone there.
As I was a walk in, I thought I’d have to wait forever. In less than 10 minutes after filling out paperwork, I was being seen. The professionalism in this office is awesome.

Dr. Aristimuno takes time to properly diagnose and treat his patients. Before the end of 2020, I rarely had the need to see a doctor. Several doctors PRIOR to seeing Dr. A dismissed serious pain. This is not the case at SMC. They test and look for the actual condition. The doctor and his staff have been considerate , kind and compassionate about my health. I have been a patient with Sarasota Medical for 6 years. I mostly see Rae Hall, PA-C, who is very receptive, knowledgeable & compassionate to all my medical issues.
