U.S. Water does high quality work. They were on time and did not leave a mess when finished. I worked with Kevin who was very understanding to my needs and situation. We have lots of iron in our water and a different water softening company tried to upsell us on a lot of unnecessary services. We called US Water and they came in without a heavy sales pitch - just factual information and they have their own state certified water testing lab. They said we didn't need a bunch of fancy water treatment. Anytime I have questions, they are responsive and helpful! Our water tastes great. No rust staining our laundry or our sinks and tub and shower. Definitely recommend US

U.S Water inspected our homes septic system prior to us moving in. We have been in our home for 2.5 MONTHS and we are already needing the septic system replaced because it is not functioning properly. We have had flooding on 2 occasions in our home in that time. The company that came to pump/inspect the system said we had a horrible root problem that would not have occured in a year, our tank is also deteriorating(WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT ON THE INSPECTION) when contacted, this company basically said too bad so sad. Even more so, there was a few companies that we have spoken to that

I got an RO system from US Water back in April. I can't believe the difference. I used to clean my coffee pot every one or two weeks because of the scale deposits. I haven't had to clean it since my RO system was installed. My drinking water is fantastic and it's always at hand. I have been so impressed I just purchased a system for my mother and one for my mother-in-law.

The turn around time for a report is awesome. They have their own lab, so the results are usually within about 24-48 hrs.
