Heather and her team were great to work with. With a family "committee" giving ideas and changes throughout the process, Heather was patient and professional making sure to ultimately meet our needs. The most impressive aspect of our transactions is everything was coordinated by phone or email since I live in Virginia and the family cemetery is in the small coastal area in Martin County. The pictures of the progress helped us see the quality of the work which added to the feeling that we were getting what we paid for.
