I booked Unit 6 for a 3 night stay as a solo vacation traveler. The owner's name is Marc. The room was fine and as advertised, however the owner failed to notify me of a planned power outage to the unit the first morning I was there. Then a person attempted to unlock my door and enter my unit with no knocking or announcing themselves. When I reported this to Marc, he was very unprofessional in his response, asking me to describe the man and going on about how he does not like him and was trying to get him fired. I felt unsafe so I decided to check out of this unit and move elsewhere. The owner

I came here for 2 weeks with my family and my boyfriend. We stayed a week prior and we just had to come back. The beach front hotel provided great fun at any time of the day. We could go to the beach for a quick walk with ease. I had a great time and I am hoping to stay again. White Cap was extremely clean and tidy.They were accommodating and considerate as well as kind. Murphy, the adorable dog, was very friendly and a very nice greeter. The water pressure was also astounding. I can’t wait to come back here again soon.

We spent 4th of July weekend at White Cap and had such a great time. The room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen. There was a family with kids on one side of us and young adults on the other but we didn't hear a thing from either room all weekend. We will definitely be returning for another stay soon!

Excellent location...just steps away from the beach. Very pleasant staff. Special shout out to Randy and Murphy for ensuring we were well taken care of. Rooms are clean and are stocked with kitchenware to allow you to prepare your own meals. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Within walking distance to the Old Orchard Beach Pier, but just far enough to seek refuge from the crowds. Will definitely return again.

We stayed only two night at white cap village, and we so wanted to stay longer!
The location is perfect, right by the beach. You literally go outside and few steps after, you on the beach!
The appartement was well furnished, very clean and comfortable. You have also the A/C for the warmer days. Bathroom is functional, and you have enough room for 4 people. You might be less comfortable with 6 persons.
The owner is super friendly and welcoming and available if you need anything. You not too far from the pier either and the village animation.

I have been going to the White Cap for at least 40 years. The place vas à new owner for the last 3 years. Very much satisfied with this place: Nice and clean room with kitchenette and and all the comodities. The maid service is very efficient. When I go there ,it is like going back to my "cottage" and seing old friends. Joël, the owner, is improving and innovating the place each year. Randy is great. He is always available and smiling and Murphy is one of a kind. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Each year , new memories are made.

Clean, comfortable and that view, well priced plus Louise is awesome! Very accommodating when we needed to make a change in our reservation to add one more guest. Her suggestion of two other rooms worked out perfectly. We all enjoyed sitting on our deck and being so close to the beach and water. Our family loves OOB off season and have stayed at many of the places along the beach and most are fine, but I highly recommend ideally located White Cap Village. We are glad to have found it and so will you.
