We hired James Flint of Sperry commercial globe affiliates about 3 years ago to
Sell/lease our two units in Melbourne. Prior to this We engaged several realtors in that area.
None of the others could get any results.
James got one sold and one leased. He is trustworthy, professional, responsive, hard working
And does good work. We live in ft.lauderdale and was difficult to take care of the properties, he as real estate agent not only worked on marketing, but also look after them in our absence.
We highly recommend James, he is the best in business.

James Flint was the most professional and hard working Realtor we have ever worked with. Our property was rather “unique” in that it was zoned commercial as well as residential. Although it was a a great property sometimes mixed use can be difficult. He suggested that we lease a couple of the units and he personally screened the tenants, making our property profitable.
