CNC HD plasma cutting offers a fully automated production process in various metals up to 3 inches thick. This ensures the product is cut exactly as designed every time. CNC flame cutting combines the precision of a machine guided cut with the cutting power of an oxygen/fuel torch allowing parts as thick as 6 inches to be fabricated with tight tolerances.

Aluminum has become increasingly prevalent in manufacturing, because it delivers an improved strength to weight ratio over mild steel.
Plasma cutting is a process that cuts through metal by of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. Typical materials cut with a plasma torch include steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our state of the art Thermal Dynamics cutting systems run from 30 amps up to 300, allowing us to cut up from 14ga up to 3 thick.

Kevin did an amazing job. I looked everywhere for a custom 3 ft X 5 ft metal sign. I reached out to Big Sky Metals and got an immediate response. I showed Kevin what we were wanting and he made it come to life. He even has some cool LED features if you would want them. He got the sign completed well before what he quoted and it is amazing. I was referred to Big Sky Metals for a custom metal fab project. I contacted Kevin with Big Sky Metals in hopes of lifting a 30’ aluminum toy hauler and installing skid plates which no one else wanted to touch due to the toy hauler being built out of aluminum. I was blown away by the work performed and far exceeded my expectations!

I have a 34 Ford that needed support brackets for my ac compressor and alternator to hold them firm in place, They went way beyond that and completely designed and made a whole new mounting bracket for both that came out PERFECT better then I could have ever expected and installed them for so much less money then I ever expected. I have been doing business with Big Sky Metals for many years and this is an excellent company to work with. I purchased all of my hay equipment from Big Sky in 2010. The prices were reasonable and the equipment performed perfectly. Recently used Big Sky to fabricate several hundred metal markers for the golf courses. I had to get competitive bidding for this project. Big Sky was the most cost effective, the markers and powder coating was spot on and the products were completed in a timely fashion. What a great experience! Searching the internet for a custom addition to my Dallas Stars paraphernalia, I came across Big Sky Metals. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, I decided to call and spoke with Kevin. If you are looking for professionalism, this is the place to go! Kevin walked me through and was extremely patient while working through my confusion. He sent me sketches multiple times and once I finally decided, he brought it to life from paper to metal!
