Sent here by my doc. Cpap supplies. Initially was told total would be 1,500$. Having researched cost I was aware the cost would be approximately 1k$. Minus my deductible. I asked for a breakdown and was given a total about 1,100$. But still $400 short of 1500. Repeatedly they quoted my deductible and failed to explain why the numbers didn’t add up when I asked for one. Insurance and dealing with medical suppliers is tough enough without having to deal with condescending people who can’t answer simple math questions. I have been dealing with Med suppliers for years and don’t trust a thing

Ever since Ana left, the front customer {key word} facing staff has been...less than customer friendly. Unless you’re a man! Then it’s smiles and sunshine! If not, you’re met with the slimmest bit of a greeting. I just left there not 5 mins ago. As I pulled up there was a girl hanging out at a truck talking to a guy inside the vehicle. I got out of my car and went in, she came in right behind me - never said, “Hi someone will be right with you.” She went towards the back and said to someone else, “You have a customer out front.” Another girl came out front, and is almost never friendly

Had an amazing experience with American Home Medical Equipment Company and wanted to share it. I got some equipment for my grandfather and the staff was so helpful and kind and they had so many options to choose from. All equipment is top of the line.

I highly appreciate the people in here at AHM. They are easy to reach out to, and in my opinion are quite reasonable with their pricing. They have also done well at communicating what was going on between the doctors and themselves and how it would affect me. They have also accommodated a number of special requests without a wimper. I highly recommend. 👍

This is the diamond in the rough. This is the last independent medical retailer in the area. If you want to support small business and not corporate giants, and like personalized attention, then this is the place for you. They care about the individual customer. I called every durable medical equipment company within the area. Needless to say, I leave no stone unturned. With that being said, I even am particularly picky with the sales representative that would deal with me. I even narrow it down to the person that is how much time and consideration I take into account before making a purchase.

I have worked with AHM for over ten years. Teresa and John never fail to go above and beyond to meet patient needs. They have accommodated special requests and consistently meet quick turnaround times for delivery. The patients we serve and their families are frequently impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of their delivery staff. Working in collaboration with their company is seamless. I highly recommend them for all equipment needs.

American Home Medical is a family owned company that takes care of their customers with the upmost customer service. They've gone out of their way on many occasions to make sure people are satisfied. This is great to see in a world where large companies are outsourcing everything. I would reccomend them to anyone!

This company was very helpful when purchasing a lift chair for my dad. Customer service , delivery and setup was top notch. Used this company again when my father was on hospice for oxygen needs and they were always available and there to offer assistance! Highly recommended!
